• Creating a vibrant dining experience featuring international dishes and comfort foods in the comfort of their room.
• Manage operations of your designated kitchen station, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and organization to maintain a smooth workflow during service.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, adhering to health regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the culinary team, including Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef, to execute and develop new culinary experiences.
• Ensures HACCP forms completed and hygiene standard is maintained.
